Onze verzendtarieven zijn gebaseerd op het totale gewicht van alle item (incl verpakking). U vindt het gewicht van ieder artikel op de produktpagina onder de “additional information ” tab.

Zelf hoeft U niets te doen, alles wordt automatisch berekend.

Goederen worden verzonden de dag nadat wij de betaling hebben ontvangen.

In het algemeen hebben we twee verzendmethodes namelijk “Small box” en “Parcel”

Small box : voor kleine items als decals, PE sets, …….  (Bpost)

Parcel: eender welk item (Bpost, PostNL, UPS, DHL, DPD, Mondial Relay)

In general we offer two types of shipment, “Small box” and “Parcel”

Small box (registered or not registered): cheap methode for small lightweight items like decals, PE sets, …….  These boxes / letters fit into your mailbox (Bpost)

Parcel: any item  (Bpost, PostNL, UPS, DHL, DPD, Mondial Relay)

Enkel “Small box (registered) en Parcel zijn traceerbaar met een track & trace nummer.

U bepaalt zelf wat u kiest.

Only “Small box (registered) and “Parcel” are traceable with a track & trace code;

If small box (registered) is not available, means Parcel service is cheaper for the total weight.

Some locale postal services are more reliable then others. So it’s up to you to chose between not registered and registered.

For NON EU COUNTRIES we only send registered or Parcel

Enkel “Small box (registered) en Parcel worden bij verlies of schade terugbetaald.

U bepaalt zelf wat u kiest.

In case of lost or damage, we only refund “Small box (registered) and “Parcel”  since these are traceable and no discussion is possible.

Some locale postal services are more reliable then others. So it’s up to you to chose between not registered and registered.

For non EU countries we only send registered or Parcel

Registered and Parcel = REFUND

Not Registered = NO REFUND
